Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, assisting with daily functions, and maintaining resident comfort.
  • The role requires a minimum of a 10th-grade education and a Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state laws.
