Job Summary

  • Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of facilities management services to the client and develop a detailed understanding of the client’s business.
  • Manage the delivery of facilities management services, including help desk, cleaning, vendor management, and engineering support, ensuring maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
  • Assist the client with property budget development, forecasts, and prepare monthly management reports, reviewing against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
