Job Summary
Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of facilities management services to the client and develop a detailed understanding of the client’s business.
Manage the delivery of facilities management services, including help desk, cleaning, vendor management, and engineering support, ensuring maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
Assist the client with property budget development, forecasts, and prepare monthly management reports, reviewing against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
