Essential duties include providing individual and group counseling, consulting with primary care providers, collecting psycho-social data, performing mental health evaluations, developing care plans, and linking clients with community resources.

Salary
$73,200.00 - $110,722.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual milestone bonus for all eligible employees ($500 for every year worked, up to $5,000); Benefits: Robust health coverage, 401(k) with up to 6% employer match, more than six (6) weeks PTO annually, tuition assistance, childcare reimbursement, CME and license fee reimbursement
