The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be trained to perform specific nursing care procedures and use only authorized equipment while maintaining strict confidentiality of resident data.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds, along with assisting with transfers, bathing, and feeding.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
