  • As a Dayforce Engagement Director, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the implementation lifecycle for Dayforce programs from bid management through to discovery, testing, deployment and post-implementation review.

Key Requirements

  • Full lifecycle project management experience implementing Dayforce
  • Direct experience implementing Dayforce, ADP, Workday, Oracle, SAP /SuccessFactors , PeopleSoft, or similar applications
  • Consulting experience
  • Proven track record of business development skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Experience running a diverse and remote team
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences
