Job Summary
This position serves as our company’s strategic architect and executive representative within China’s lift code, standards, and market supervision ecosystem.
Lead development and execution of the code strategy roadmap; proactively identify 3–5-year regulatory trends in lifts and translate them into actionable business and technology paths.
Promote a culture of “smart regulation driving innovation”: turn compliance into a differentiated competitive edge and align product roadmaps with regulatory roadmaps.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 15 years of experience in the elevator industry
At least 5 years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or R&D strategy management
Experience holding key roles in national technical committees or industry associations
Leading the drafting of national standards
Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
