** JLL is seeking an Associate for their Project Management team in Bristol, who will manage new build commercial projects and client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a background in project management with relevant qualifications and experience in administering contracts. **

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will have experience in delivering locally based projects to a variety of client groups, managing key client accounts and providing a significant contribution to multi-disciplinary teams as well as supporting the management and direction of our national Project Management group.

Key Requirements

  • MRICS, CIOB or related qualification
  • JCT and NEC contract administration experience
  • Project management for new build commercial buildings
  • Significant refurbishment projects experience
  • Experience leading projects for variety of clients
  • Project management for large, complex schemes £5m-£100m+
  • Post-qualification experience
