Job Summary
You will lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will manage teams consisting of technical and non-technical personnel, contractors, and operations staff to ensure process stability and meet SQCDSM targets.
You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, executing maintenance plans, building technician skills, and representing the site in regional and global technology forums.
