Lead and mentor offshore developers: delegate tasks, review code, provide feedback, run knowledge transfers, and maintain effective cross–time-zone communication.

Key Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
Bachelor’s degree in data engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Expert T-SQL and Azure SQL Database knowledge
Experience implementing dbt for transformation layering
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD integration
