The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual and group activities, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and assisting in the development of activity calendars and resident assessments.
The role requires the ability to read technical procedures, apply mathematical concepts, solve practical problems, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
