Job Summary
This role is responsible for translating product intent and business needs into clear, testable, agent‑ready requirements, and for ensuring that autonomous and semi‑autonomous agents deliver the expected outcomes in real‑world, regulated environments.
Operating as part of the ATS CAITI Core Development Team, the AI Product Owner owns the product backlog, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready, and acts as the primary execution‑time liaison between Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA/Validation, and Business.
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł155,600.00 - zł289,200.00.

Key Requirements
4-6+ years as Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
Experience delivering Agentic AI, AI, data, or workflow-driven products
Hands-on experience owning backlogs across PoC, MVP, and Production
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience
Experience translating requirements for AI or Agentic systems
