The estimator must be aggressive in providing innovative solutions to complex issues related to cost, lead-times, and trade partners.
Candidates will work closely with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors on negotiated electrical commercial projects in healthcare, higher education, and life sciences.

Prior field experience in construction
Design/Build project experience

Proficiency in estimating software like WinEst or Timberline
