Job Summary
Supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, vital signs, and feeding according to specific procedures.
Maintains patient/resident rooms, observes and reports changes in patient condition, and assists with clerical tasks including data entry and record maintenance.

Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide II
BLS required
