Job Summary
Overall leadership of the CSS Aftermarket Supply Chain by defining the strategy and objectives for the four pillars and aligning them with CSS priorities.
Drive daily/weekly/monthly performance (OTD, TAT, stock performance, cost indicators) and ensure a high spare and serviceable parts availability to support Customer operations.
Lead, develop and coach a team of 4 managers leading approximately 30 people, allocate responsibilities, define annual targets, and monitor performances.
