Job Summary
The 2 year programme allows you to discover yourself through a wide selection of (online) professional and personal skills trainings.
During your traineeship, you participate in two Global Trainee events focused on professional and personal skills together with all ING’s trainees from around the world.
The programme includes three rotations, one of which will be sustainability related, and offers a permanent contract after completion.

Salary
Base: €3,943 gross monthly; Bonus/Equity: 13th month salary and 8% holiday payment; Benefits: 216 hours holiday per year, home workstation and mobile phone budget, mobility budget, training package, permanent contract

Key Requirements
Master degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Investment or Engineering
Experience within Wholesale Banking through internship or work
International experience through extracurricular activities
