Job Summary

  • The ARC Productization Engineer serves as the critical link between ARC Product Development and downstream Product Execution and Deployment teams, ensuring ARC-developed robotics solutions are manufacturing-ready.
  • You will represent ARC at manufacturing plants, serving as the on-site technical owner for ARC products during PoC, pilot, and early deployment, and translate plant needs into clear requirements for ARC Product Development.
  • This is a highly hands-on, on-site role that combines technical depth, structured problem solving, and strong cross-functional communication, with significant time spent in GM manufacturing plants.
