Vanguard Australia is seeking a Senior Bilingual Business Development Manager to enhance new business development and manage relationships in key intermediary distribution channels across Canada. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the financial services industry, particularly with ETFs, and possess strong communication and relationship management skills

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Minimum five years financial services experience
  • At least three years ETF experience
  • Mutual fund wholesaling experience preferred
  • CSC required
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated executive presence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of investments
  • Good working knowledge of PC and MS Office software
  • Understanding of CRM systems
