Job Summary

  • This position provides support for Westhampton College, performing and/or overseeing a variety of student, administrative, fiscal, and staff support activities.
  • Primary responsibilities are in support of all the Deans, with particular emphasis on scheduling routine and urgent meetings both in advance and for emergencies, helping provide care and concern for the students of Westhampton College, including conduct-related matters, and supporting some programming and events.
  • The Administrative Coordinator works as an active part of the Dean’s staff to improve the workflow of the office.
