Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Bachelor/master's degree in finance or MBA
Strong understanding of Oracle Sub Ledger Accounting
Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
Nice-to-have
Experience with offshore support models
Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials
System design and data flow into ERP expertise
