Job Summary
This position will manage and/or assist with management of commodity or category national contract agreements, manage supplier performance, and assist in selecting new sources and suppliers.
The position requires strong business, financial, technology, and customer service capabilities in order to facilitate and structure deals that protect Caesars best interests and meet the needs of internal customers.
Assist with the development, implementation, and alignment of sourcing strategies for key commodities and spend categories within the hospitality and gaming industry.

Key Requirements
3-5 years progressive business and sourcing experience
Bachelor’s or similar degree
5+ years in sourcing/negotiations/supplier management
3+ years relevant experience in Sourcing
Experienced in negotiating commodity programs
Strong effective negotiation skills
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
