Key Requirements
10+ years construction project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management

Regional APAC experience advantageous
Expert technical understanding of construction (MEPFS and architectural)
Experience developing project charters and financial forecasts
Professional certification (PMP or MRICS) advantageous
