Job Summary
Manage a team of 6 people, including 5 UAP Referents and 1 Inspector, and organize field operations to ensure optimal coverage of operations.
Monitor budget hours per aircraft, track PU performance and objectives, and actively participate in SQCDP meetings representing the Quality function.
Manage quality subcontracting, including order elaboration, reverse payments, and performance reviews with providers to ensure conformity and improvement.
