Our Early-Career Program is aimed at graduates of all disciplines seeking diverse tasks in an international environment and enjoying analyzing key figures, exchanging and negotiating with brokers and customers, relationship management, event coordination, driving growth initiatives, and accompanying new business.
During the trainee program, you will have the opportunity to get to know our company better through rotations, and in addition to on-the-job training, you will regularly participate in global workshops and networking events and get to know AIG colleagues worldwide.
