Job Summary

  • Administer patient assessments, oversee the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate the care plan as according to regulatory requirements and create the schedule for all Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Direct the day to day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
