Job Summary

• The Welder is responsible for supporting welding, blending and repair operations on gas turbine components in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, engineering requirements, and quality standards.
• In addition to executing welding processes with a high level of skill and workmanship, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• The Welder plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.
