Job Summary

  • The Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center Program purpose is to provide specialists focused on optimizing mental and physical health and to provide and sustain the effort of existing Army training and education programs across Army installations.
  • Performance Experts will assess training impact by distributing surveys at the close of each training activity, provide survey results and summarize training activities in an After-Action Review (AAR) for every training session conducted, and will provide the AAR to leadership for all courses conducted within five workdays of training session completion, as well as a quarterly report with analyses of all data.
