4+ years HCM or Workday Reporting Experience
3+ years Prism or data merging experience
Financial terminologies knowledge
APAC countries HCM business practices

Proficiency in Mandarin or ASEAN languages

Ability to mentor team members
Understanding of APIs and security governance
