Job Summary

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the Float Division: Medical/Surgical (FD), utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act of Arkansas.
• Float Division nurses have the opportunity to work on all medical and surgical areas, receiving specialized training and a 25% bonus for worked hours floating.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master’s degree in Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
• Current Valid RN License
• Two (2) years of RN experience in respective field
• Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends
• basic computer skills
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
