Job Summary

  • Lead the production operations in one section of the Coolock Manufacturing Plant, delivering key performance targets in safety, quality, cost, productivity, delivery, sustainability, and morale.
  • Manage a team of Production shift line managers and operators in a unionised environment, working closely with various departments to implement the manufacturing strategy.
  • Drive the implementation of Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) initiatives, including Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM), while fostering strong relationships with Trade Union representatives.
