  • This role provides direct clinical patient care, assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • The RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients and assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
  • The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated and is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care.
