Must-have
Daily patient care assistance including bathing and feeding
Vital signs measurement and EMR documentation
Specimen collection and point-of-care testing
Proper lifting and transfer techniques up to 150 lbs
Infection prevention and sterile procedure knowledge
Nice-to-have
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Basic computer skills for EMR usage
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
Key Requirements
High School Graduate or GED/HSED diploma
Nurse Aide certification in good standing on State Registry
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA within 45 days
