Job Summary
This role provides strategic leadership for the development and oversight of Exchange policy and compliance functions ensuring alignment with federal and state requirements.
The director serves as the primary point of contact with CMS for Exchange related compliance and program integrity activities including federally required audits.
Selected applicants must pass a background check and are required to surrender any existing producer or agent licenses upon hire.

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal training
Minimum 10 years professional experience in legally regulatory environment
Licensed attorney in good standing preferred
Familiarity with Affordable Care Act (ACA) and health insurance markets
