Perform and provide analyses for low to high complex diagnostic testing in the relevant section, adhering to policies and procedures to assure the highest level of quality results.
Conduct preliminary specimen preparations, answer inquiries regarding specimen handling and results, and assist clinicians with requests.
Ensure adherence to section policies and procedures, participate in quality assurance schemes, and maintain compliance with CAP, JCI, AABB, and ISO15189 standards.
