The role works closely with the Director of Recruitment and Outreach to achieve graduate admission goals by managing prospect pipelines and supporting applicants through the admissions process.
Responsibilities include planning and executing recruitment events, increasing program visibility, and collaborating with marketing, program leadership, students, and alumni to promote graduate programs.
The position requires some evening and weekend work and emphasizes continuous pipeline development and recruitment effectiveness improvement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
