Job Summary

  • This position will play a critical role in maintaining Allstate’s domestic and international subsidiary entities and supporting a variety of corporate governance initiatives.
  • Candidates will manage Allstate’s legal entity structure, draft and review governance documents, complete licensing and regulatory filings, and administer technology platforms to support governance documentation.
  • The role offers a remote/office work environment with occasional travel and encourages candidates located near Chicago, IL or Northbrook, IL to apply.
