This role requires proactively creating actionable HR initiatives that enable the enterprise to achieve its goals while ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will partner with Talent Acquisition and external parties to manage complex labor relations, compensation decisions, and organizational change initiatives.

7 years progressive HR experience
3 years managing others
3 years on-site manufacturing HR support
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
Nice-to-have
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Workday HRIS experience
Union and non-union environment experience
Change management and transformation skills
Data analysis and metrics interpretation
Key Requirements

At least 3 years managing others

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
