Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for maintaining the master build sequence of the aircraft to ensure efficiency and eliminate unnecessary disassembly.
  • Candidates must possess proven knowledge of configuration management and the ability to create and maintain Master Bill of Materials (MBOMs).
  • The position requires supporting corrective action investigations and addressing issues that affect the issuance of the Certificate of Airworthiness.

  • Configuration management and MBOM creation

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience building electrical harnesses
  • IPT (Integrated Product Team) format experience
  • CATIA V5/V6 software proficiency
  • SAP system experience
  • Teamcenter Manufacturing/Process Planning experience

Key Requirements

  • B.S. in M.E., A.E., I.E., or Mfg. Eng./Eng. Tech preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing planning experience
  • Must have GD&T experience
  • Experience with composite drilling and assembly
  • Experience with 3 and 5 axis machining
