Job Summary

  • The Senior Partner Specialist is responsible for effectively enabling the sales process for a client’s products and services for an assigned territory/client, focusing on managing relationships with important channel partners and supporting a team to drive sales.
  • Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and achieving defined metrics by promoting the sale of products and services to strategic channel engagement partners.
  • Manage all channel escalations and coordinate delivery of prompt and successful resolution, while maintaining communication to client and our teams, and guide calls with channel partners to share best practices and promote strategic growth opportunities.
