Job Summary
Provide advanced-level technical support in one or more of the following areas: OMAT, maintenance, construction, intermodal, planning, utilities, surveying, environmental or traffic.
Perform a variety of semiskilled and skilled building trades work in the repair, maintenance or construction of an assigned facility and related structures.
The selected candidate will receive 10% or the GDOT job specific minimum salary, whichever is greater upon promotion.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Experience performing grounds maintenance and building maintenance
Ability to perform vehicle preventive maintenance
Knowledge and experience using the P-Card
Ability to identify building repair and maintenance requirements
Ability to perform moderately difficult repair and maintenance tasks without supervision
Ability to bend, lift, climb, stand, or walk for long periods
