Job Summary
You will take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of an 11-person team of Requirements Engineers, AI Experts, and Automation Specialists, fostering an open, solution-oriented team culture.
You will design and manage the development and rollout of the Group-wide ESM platform as the technical and organizational basis for all internal service processes.
You will integrate automation and AI technologies (e.g., GenAI, Machine Learning) into service processes, from ticket creation and chatbots to intelligent service fulfillment.
