Recommend fragrances based on customers' preferences, occasions and gifting needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Achieve individual sales targets while providing excellent service. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new launches. Ensure merchandise displays and retail standards are well maintained. Assist with stock replenishment and general store operations. ✅ RequirementsPrevious retail sales experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail is preferred. Experience representing premium or niche beauty brands will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
