BS in Mechanical Electrical Chemical or Industrial Engineering
Experience with TPM WCM Kaizen Lean Six Sigma
Strong troubleshooting capabilities for process equipment
Data stratification of factory downtime and waste
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Certification preferred
Union factory experience valued
Familiarity with Rockwell PLCs controls
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits
Coaching and technical training skills
Key Requirements
1-3 years of production facility engineering experience
BS degree in an engineering field required
Execution of projects using Continuous Improvement methodology
CPG/FMCG industry experience strongly preferred
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
