Job Summary
Be a senior member of the team responsible for the supervision of ASX’s listed market, engaging with listed entities and their advisers on a range of legal and regulatory issues.
Lead monitoring and enforcement actions related to continuous disclosure, capital raising, governance, and integrity, and assess applications for admission to ASX's listed market.
Contribute to a culture of insight and proactivity, mentor junior team members, and engage directly with ASIC as ASX's regulator.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in corporate structures and transactions
Proactive and enthusiastic approach
Nice-to-have
Tertiary degree in law, finance, or accounting
Experience in capital markets and corporate governance
Knowledge of Listing Rules and Corporations Act
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant industry or professional experience
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex corporate documents
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
