Job Summary

  • As part of the North America Solution Consulting organization, the Forward Deployed (FD) team bridges the gap between 'the possible' and 'the practical' by accelerating the adoption of Workday’s AI solutions.
  • The Forward Deployed Enterprise Architect acts as the technical bridge between Workday's platform and Global System Integrators, making 'agentic AI' real for the enterprise through POCs and 'Agent Test Drives'.
  • This role involves co-innovating with strategic partners, designing customer-specific AI roadmaps, leading rapid agentic prototyping, and acting as a critical sensor for Product & Technology teams.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $138,600 USD - $208,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

  • 5+ years of extensive HR, financials or IT domain expertise
  • 5+ years of technology solution design experience
  • 4+ years presenting to technical, business, and executive audiences
  • 7+ years of technology solution design experience (Principal)
  • 7+ years presenting to technical, business, and executive audiences (Principal)
  • 5+ years of Workday experience (Principal)
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
