Job Summary
Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution, collaborating with teams across the bank to align operational processes.
Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency, while identifying areas for improvement and industry best practices.
Provide strong client support for Fixed Income confirmations to ensure smooth confirmation of trades in CTM, liaising with clients to ensure trade allocation and settlement on time.
