  • Take ownership of the execution of CDD Operational onboarding and ongoing due diligence activities, including handling of CDD escalations for Castrol counterparties.
  • Oversee and facilitate the development of CDD capability into the CDD team within the center and ensure compliance with CDD policy and procedures.
  • Act as line manager for the CDD team within the center and participate actively in the CDD talent management processes.
