Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • New York State Physical Therapy license
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Minimum 5 years clinical PT experience
  • Prior acute care and cardiopulmonary experience
  • Demonstrated ED experience
  • Minimum 10 CEUs within last 3 years
  • Minimum 10 CEUs adult inpatient care
  • Minimum 5 hours teaching experience
  • Supervision of at least two PT students
  • Participation in scholarly/QI project
