Job Summary

  • The Associate/Senior Associate, Compensation Advisory is responsible for providing clear, data-driven and strategic compensation advice.
  • This role is also responsible for the delivery of compensation processes / programs including development and maintenance of tools and templates, participating in market intelligence activities and compensation modeling.

Associate: $62,000 - $92,000 per year; Senior Associate: $72,000 - $108,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual Incentive Award; Benefits: Group benefits and retirement plans
