Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting in the administration and management public works construction for Capital Improvement and Private Development Projects.
Administer infrastructure Capital Improvement Projects by being actively involved in the contractor bidding process, review of construction plans and specifications, review and processing of change orders, invoices and submittals, track and archive project documentation.
Manage departmental asset inventory and maintenance records and review and approve expenditures for Engineering Department for outside consulting engineers and other professional services.
