Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years leadership experience in manufacturing
Strong technical acumen within manufacturing operations
Ability to teach and facilitate meetings
Experience with multi-functional problem solving
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices
Nice-to-have
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
BS Engineering degree (IE, ME, EE)
7 years of plant operations experience
DMAIC and workout methodology knowledge
Demonstrated results-driven analytical methods
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years leadership experience
Technical acumen within manufacturing operations
Preferred BS Engineering degree or equivalent
Preferred 7 years manufacturing/plant operations experience
